Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that players are physically able to participate and for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements. Participation in sports involves inherent risks; by enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

LV Tennis Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, locations, or staffing as needed and to remove any participant who repeatedly disregards safety rules or behaves in a way that negatively affects other players.
